Martin Norfolk
Martin Norfolk dedicated his life to exploration, science, and investigating the unexplainable. Norfolk first visited the society in 1926 after stumbling on a mysterious artifact he found in Uma Francine Oldman National Park that was linked to another artifact in a museum in England. In 1951, Norfolk created the Department of Unexplained Encounters after several encounters with the otherworldly and supernatural on expeditions. Years after what became known as the 'Conglomerate Artifact,' Norfolk embarked on his last expedition in 1979 to celebrate the 75th year of the Society of Adventurers.
